1. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you urgently want the price, please call or tell us in your email so we can regard your inquiry as a priority.
2. How can I get a sample?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. The sample charge is refundable when the order exceeds a certain quantity.
3. What format of the file do you need?
We have our designer. So you can provide AI, CDR, PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will take 5-7 days to prepare a sample.
5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with the Pantone Matching System. So you can tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors or recommend some popular colors to you.
